Grant for Best Posters

To encourage young virologists to present their work at the ESCV Annual Meeting, grants will be awarded to the presenters of the three best posters.

Each grant is redeemable for a future ESCV meeting or workshop of the recipient's choice.

All accepted posters will be automatically considered for the award. Selection of the top three posters will be based on scientific merit, including originality and innovation, clarity and organization, methodological rigor, significance of the results, and relevance to the topics of the meeting. These qualities will be highly valued during the evaluation process

The awardees will be announced on the final day of the ESCV Annual Meeting. Each recipient will be invited to deliver a concise two-minute presentation summarizing their work.

Please note that grant recipients must be current members of the ESCV

1. An official letter on your institution’s letterhead from your supervisor or head of the department, verifying the accuracy of the information and recommending the award.
2. A copy of the abstract on the official form.
