Arriving to Porto

By Airplane

There are direct flights to Porto (OPO - Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport) from many cities worldwide.

The venue is a 30-minute ride away. The subway, called 'Metro' here, is also a good choice; from the Airport metro station you can take any train and drop off at 'Casa da Música' station, then it’s a 20-minute walk downhill to the venue.

You may also fly to Lisbon (LIS - Humberto Delgado Airport). Rent-a-car offices are readily available at Lisbon Airport. If you prefer a more sustainable alternative to get to Porto, the bus or train is the perfect choice.

By Bus/Train

You can travel to Porto by bus or train (Porto Campanhã or Porto São Bento) from almost any major city in Portugal and north of Spain.

If you’re in Lisbon, trains run all day from Santa Apolónia (Lisbon city centre) or Gare do Oriente (Lisbon - Parque das Nações) to Porto main train station, Campanhã. Bus is also a good choice, and you will find multiple affordable options departing from Gare do Oriente to Porto.

Book in advance for better prices.
